Carolina Kitchen: Chef Walls Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 heads of artisan lettuce washed and cut
  • 1 Cup of crispy pancetta ( dice pancetta and fry in oil 5-7 minutes)
  • 1 Cup sliced ham
  • 1 Cup Sliced Turkey
  • 1 Cup Shredded yellow cheese
  • 2 hardboiled eggs, sliced

Dressing

  • .5 thinly sliced shallot
  • 2 T. white balsamic
  • .5 Cup Dijon
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk dressing ingredients together and then toss with Salad ingredients.
  2. Enjoy!
