Carolina Kitchen: Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBS Honey
  • 2 TBS Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1 Small Shallot Minced
  • 1 TBS Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Fennel Frons Chopped
  • 1 TBS Chopped Parsley
  • 1 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cup Canola Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the oil in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Once smooth slowly drizzle oil into the blender until thick.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
