Ingredients

  • 10 NC 13/20 cooked shrimp
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • .5 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 T hot sauce
  • .25 Cup Lemon Juice
  • Parsley
  • .25 Cup Roasted Red Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine All Ingredients in Food Processor until smooth.
  • Form into patties & fry in oil until crispy on both sides.
  • Serve with Lemon wedges & Cocktail sauce
