Carolina Kitchen: Vidalia Onion Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups thinly slices Vidalia onions
  • 1 large head lettuce, shredded or torn in to tiny pieces
  • 8 hard boiled eggs sliced

Instructions:

  1. Layer above into 2 layers with dressing pour after each layer

Dressing Instructions:

  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Onion salt to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp white vinegar

Good with steak and potatoes.
