Back to school and it is back to sharing the roads with school buses. This morning, Buncombe County and Asheville City Schools
picked up roughly 16,500 students for the new year.
Buncombe County School's Transportation Director, Joe Hough showed
News 13's Victoria Dunkle how his team gets the buses ready to safely
transport students. With a steep increase in the number of Stop Arm
Violations, Hough also shared the increased
penalties people will face for not obeying in the Stop Arm laws.
