Firing up the grill is a sure sign of Summer, but the love of cooking on an open flame is growing year round.
The American Grillmaster Experience helps folks across the country make the most of their grills and the affordable cooking option.
Before its stop at the Sam's Club in Asheville, the tour pulled up to show News 13's Victoria Dunkle some simple steps for a perfect steak every time.
Grillmaster Michael McDearman says cooking on a medium heat is the secret to a juicy steak every time.
He also says if you need a grill brush crumple up aluminum foil and use your tongs to run it across the grill.
