It's a new year, and and News 13 is helping you start the year right with some tips on getting in shape.

Roxanna Pepper from the Children and Family Resource Center stopped by the morning show to show some fun and easy workout moves. Here are her tips for getting in shape:

  1. Don't be too serious, and have fun with your workout.
  2. Get in some physical activity every day, even if it's just 10 minutes.
  3. Work out everywhere you go. Pull your abs in while you are pushing your cart around the grocery store, and park further away to get in a little walk.
