National Seafood Month

The cold weather might mean we want to stay inside and cook today. Joining News 13 This Morning with some great ideas for National Seafood Month, is Sarah Mohammed from Whole Foods.
Here are the recipes for these quick and easy dishes:
2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
2 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus more
freshly ground black pepper
Pinch of Cayenne
Melt butter until bubbly in a pan or in the microwave. In the blender, on low, mix yolks and lemon juice. Through blender opening, slowly drizzle butter until the sauce lightens and thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste.
Scallops and Peas
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 large scallops
2 cups peas
2/3 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
In a pan, on medium high, melt butter until it starts to brown. Salt and pepper your scallops, and then place in the pan. Let them cool until the sides turn white, then flip. Continue cooking until edges brown. In another pan, heat peas. Remove scallops and quickly whisk in cream, scraping up any brown bits. Add peas, and stir to coat in sauce, before serving. Top with scallops.
