The holiday eating season is upon us, and that means that many of us will put on a few pounds. Fitness instructor Roxanna Pepper from the Children and Family Resource Center in Hendersonville came by News 13's Early Edition and News 13 This Morning to show Holly, Julie, and Jay a few exercise moves.
Pepper says it is not uncommon for people to gain 6-10 pounds during the holidays. So how do you keep it off? Pepper says the key is making exercise a part of your everyday life. She recommends exercising 15-20 minutes a day, at least two or three days a week.
