Gerber Village in South Asheville has been sold.

New York commercial real estate group DNA Partners purchased the shopping center March 24 for $16.3 million.

The site is home to a Five Guys restaurant, a trampoline park and The Tree and Vine (an olive oil and balsamic tasting shop), among other restaurants, businesses, apartments and condos.

DNA officials said they have a few tenants lined up for their office space and hope to bring car shows and farmers markets to the property.

Gerber Village, a 95,000-square-foot mixed-use development, sits on the site where the Gerber baby food plant once was.
