Deliberations in Biltmore Bride trademark infringement trial to resume Monday
ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) —
The fate of a local case is now in the hands of a jury.
The Biltmore Company is suing Biltmore Bride, Prom and Tux, claiming trademark infringement and cyber-piracy, as well as unfair and deceptive trade practices.
The owner of the bridal company says there are many other local businesses with Biltmore in their name, and they don't understand why they are being singled out.
