It was all things chocolate at a Hendersonville school Friday.

"I need your golden ticket to enter," Willy Wonka said at the door.

News 13's Jay "Willy Wonka" Siltzer then led the third graders at Immaculata Catholic School into a classroom that had been transformed into a chocolate factory. Along with the glass elevator, there were a lot of sweet treats for students.

The special day was because students has just finished reading "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory."

"It feels like pretty exciting," third-grader Eder Monteil said. "And, like, after you read it, you feel, like, nervous, and when Mr. Wonka comes into the factory, you're, like, excited."

Eder said his favorite part in the book was when Mr. Wonka let Charlie into the glass elevator.

Along with enjoying the chocolate, the students also learned about which chocolates are good for you and why some melt when they get warm.
