Wake Up Workout: 10 minute circuit

News 13 is getting your heart pumping with the latest Wake Up Workout segment.

Orange Theory Asheville joined the crew in studio to explain its objective at the gym: to get your heart rate up for a period of time and trick your metabolism to continue burning calories post workout.

Trainer Taylor Dove demonstrates a 10 minutes circuit you can do in the Orange Theory studio or at home complete with single arm rows to work the back muscles, squat jacks that target your legs and a movement on the ab dolly to work your core. Check out the video above!
