As the seasons change, the days get shorter and colder, and your drive to workout may get interrupted. In Wake Up Workout this week, Flavia Harton with Pure Barre Asheville is talking tips to stay motivated. Her motto is, "summer bodies are made in the winter!"

She talks about the importance of keeping a routine all year-round, so you don't lose all the hard work you've put in. Here's how you can do that, workout with a buddy, set goals for yourself and schedule which days you'll go to a workout class in the beginning of the week so it's set.
