November is good nutrition month so Taylor Deal from U.S. Cellular stopped by the News 13 studio to talk about a few apps which may help you eat healthier or easier!

First up is the All Recipes App which can help find recipes from certain ingredients to help with dietary restrictions or preferences.

With Yummly, users input what ingredients they already have and Yummly will populate a recipe.

GrubHub is a home meal delivery service operating in many cities across the country.

Open Table will help you make a reservation at a restaurant through their app or website.

And for families looking to spend meals together without technology, Offtime or BreakFree can help control a child's cell phone so it will shut off at dinner.
