Kids were treated to some professional gymnastics coaching, which turned in to a day of fun. U.S. Olympic men's gymnastics coach Miles Avery was on hand at the Osega Gymnastics Center in Swannanoa. He's giving kids from Eliada home some gold-medal coaching! They were taught how to do bridges, balance and trust-fall. The kids were excited to learn they could apply their new skills to other activities. A real hit with the kids was learning how to do a "shoulder roll." One little boy said if you're falling from a tree, that technique could come in handy to protect yourself.
