Hillandale Science Fair

Updated: Tuesday, February 25 2014, 07:35 PM EST
Who has the better sense of smell, kids or adults?

As you'll see in this Never Stop Learning report, according to one young scientist, kids win.

The younger students are touring the gym at Hillandale Elementary school checking out the 80  projects on display. The 5th graders were able to pick their own project as long as the experiment was testable and they could gather number data. Students say hands-on experiments are a great way to learn.

The little kids learn from the big kids' projects. This is the first year Hillandale has held a science fair. But teachers and students say it was so successful it looks like it'll become an annual event. At least that's their hypothesis and conclusion!Hillandale Science Fair
