Students make it rain inside their classroom, but everyone stays dry!
Students in Ms. Hammonds class use ice and warm water to create a cloud inside their jar.
Once the droplets get heavy enough, they begin to drop and there's your rain.
The 5th graders are studying the water cycle and they say "hands on activities" are the best way to learn.
Now the team has to brain storm and come up with the answer as they learn about evaporation and condensation.
The students also wrote down their observations and checked to see if their predicitions were right.
