Cursive Comeback at NC Schools?

Basics" bill introduced in the state house would insure that cursive is
part of the curriculum in all North Carolina schools.
Shellogg says high tech and low tech can coexist, and that students need a well-balanced education.
"I think it's good to make sure that they're able to do a balance of both. "
