The summer months bring a seasonal shift to locally grown produce. Supplier Mountain Food Products says that represents about half of its inventory these days, compared to 10 percent the rest of the year. The owner of the company, Ron Ainspan, says interest in mountain produce has surged in recent years.Hear why Ainspan says Asheville area restaurants rely on those sources of food in this raw news clip.
