Asheville Shooting Investigation

Asheville police arrest a woman after shots are fired in the Oakley community. The shooting happened at a home on the corner of Fairview Road and Main Street Tuesday.
Officers say the woman fired shots into an empty car outside a home. Investigators think a fight there earlier in the day sparked the shooting. One man was injured in the dispute.
He was hit in the head with a object.
The woman was charged with discharging a firearm inside city limits and damage to property.
