Child Neglect Charges

Five children from the Upstate are in emergency protective custody after they were found living in filthy conditions. Amy Henderson is facing child neglect charges.
Deputies say they found Henderson's three children, ages 4, 2 and 4 months, inside a home that was full of files and bags of trash. They also say a hole in the wall of the bathroom that was being used to dump feces. Henderson's two other children were at school.
All the kids have been taken to the children's shelter in Spartanburg, SC.
