Hendersonville Kmart To Move Out
Updated: Friday, February 22 2013, 09:32 PM EST
A second Kmart store is set to shut down in the mountains.
Sears Holdings has announced it will begin liquidating its Hendersonville store March 3, to close in May. In January the store on Tunnel Road in Asheville shut its doors.
Blue Ridge Mall owner Hull Storey Gibson said the store opted not to renew its lease.
Customers say they've been told this week by employees that business just wasn't good enough.
The location's 58 employees will reportedly be given a chance to apply at other Sears Holdings stores.
