Winter Storm Watch: Tennessee State Line Counties plus N. Jackson County Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening.
Even though Buncombe County was dropped from the watch, higher elevations will still see about 2" of snowfall through early Wednesday. Significant snowfall and strong winds possible in the watch area with 5-9 inches in higher elevations.
Tonight, clouds return along with light rain. Expect some pockets of light freezing rain near daybreak.
