Lawyer On Graham County Sex Charges

The attorney for a Graham County woman charged with statutory rape and indecent liberties involving a teenage boy says she's innocent.  Barbara Orr was arrested Wednesday for the crimes allegedly committed more than three years ago. Orr’s attorney says he and his client are shocked. Reid Brown says the next part of the investigative process will help prove her innocence. Brown says hearings will be held early next year.
