Memorial For Young Crash Victim

A memorial now stands to remember a little girl killed in a high-speed crash in downtown Asheville last week.
A cross stands in the public works parking lot to honor 3-year-old Maddie Jones. The toddler passed away from injuries she received when the car she was riding in plunged down an embankment last week.
Family members say her father, the driver, had a seizure moments before the wreck. Investigators say he was driving on a suspended license for DWI.
Charges are still pending in the case.
