New information in the murder of a man from Bat Cave.
An autopsy report suggests Walter Davis may have been beaten in the head with a hammer.
Davis was found dead in his home back in October by co-workers after he didn't show up for work.
The autopsy says Davis suffered from numerous skull fractures, many that were circular or semi-circular.
The report also notes, a hammer was recovered from a creek near his home.
Davis' roommate, Daniel Moore, is charged with first degree murder.
He is being held without bond in the Henderson County jail.
