Two days after a federal raid by homeland security agents, Octopus Garden is back open for business.
Customers could be seen coming and going at the Patton Avenue location Wednesday. Agents raided locations Monday in Buncombe, Henderson, and Transylvania counties in search of synthetic marijuana, also known as K2, according to law enforcement.
Octopus Garden declined to comment on the raid or the reopening.
