Rescue Mission Ready For Cold Weather

Western Carolina Rescue Ministries say Code Purple is in effect. Code Purple happens when the temperature falls below freezing. The shelter opens its doors to anyone who needs a place to sleep. Thursday was the coldest day of the winter season in Asheville.
