Second Shooting Victim Dies

Authorities say the second teen involved in a shooting in Marion has died. Abraham Valdez, 16, passed away overnight at Mission Hospital. He and Daniel De Jesus Umana-Escobar were discovered near an abandoned city water tower Tuesday night. Detectives say both teenagers had been shot. Umana-Escobar was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy revealed he had been shot in the torso.
Investigators are still investigating the shooting as a murder suicide. There also looking into if there may have been some sort of pact involved.
