Massive Tornado Rips Through OK, At Least 51 Dead
SoCon Mascots Visit Mission Kids

Mission Children's Hospital helps local kids missing out on a big weekend event, by bringing the fun to them.
Mascots representing several southern conference teams made a special stop at the Reuter Children's Outpatient Center today.
They're in town for this weekend's SoCon Basketball Tournament at the US Cellular Center.
Organizers say it's a great pick-me-up for the kids. Tara horan, Child Life Specialist, "it's just a special fun event, a surprise for them, because they didn't know the mascots were gonna be here so they're expecting their regular doctor's appointment and it makes it a more positive experience and a nice surprise."
Mascots from Western Carolina University, Appalachian State University, Wofford, and Davidson College all took part.
