UPDATE: Structure Fire

Fire area fire departments responded to a deadly fire early Sunday morning in Transylvania County on Falling Snow Lane off of Talley Road.
Authorities say one person died in the fire, which began around 3:30am.
The fire marshal is investigating.
Officials say it could be mid-week before they can release the cause of the fire.
Right now, they do not suspect any type of crime.
