Teen Rape Suspects Removed From School

New information about four Henderson County teens accused of raping a classmate.
The Henderson County Sheriff's Office confirms the boys have been removed from East Henderson High School. Information on their current school assignment was not available.
Tyler Garren, Vincent Curto, James Bishop, and Justin Ponder were arrested in December after a classmate claimed she was given alcohol, then gang-raped at the home of a Henderson County sheriff's deputy. The deputy wasn't home and is not suspected of any wrongdoing.
