Updated: Monday, March 11 2013, 10:23 AM EDT
In Henderson County today, a man accused of manslaughter in the 2010 crash that killed five people and injured dozens more, is convicted of three counts of voluntary manslaughter.
Rounen Velkov originally was charged with five counts of voluntary manslaughter.
Velkov appeared in court this morning to face those five voluntary manslaughter charges.
During the proceeding, family members of the victims were allowed to speak directly to Velkov, and they told him in no uncertain terms that he was responsible for two-and-a-half years of anguish.
The judge sentenced Velkov to five years maximum in prison.
Family members tell News 13 they don't feel the plea bargain comes close to giving them closure.
