Update: Car Into Creek

Asheville Police release the name of the driver charged in yesterday's accident that sent another car into a creek in east Asheville. Fernando Sanchez is charged with DWI, driving with a revoked license and driving left of center. The crash happened on New Haw Creek Road. Witnesses say the woman in the vehicle that landed in the creek was taken to the hospital but she is expected to be ok.
