Authorities are called to Willow Road in Henderson County for a death investigation. The second one there in the past two years.

The brother of 61 year old Buford Snoddy found him dead from a gunshot wound on Wednesday morning.

Snoddy was accused of shooting and killing his cousin, Katherine Hedrick, in his home last year and was awaiting trial. He was scheduled to appear in court Thursday for a suppression of evidence hearing.

Detectives are not calling Snoddy's death a suicide and won't say if they found a suicide note at the scene. They want forensics evidence to come back first.Murder Suspect Found Dead (7/23/08)
