The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is concerned h1n1 could spread in institutional settings like schools, retirement homes and prisons. The CDC says the close quarters put inmates at a higher risk. The guidelines mean prisons are also getting the vaccine and some inmates could get it before the public. Buncumbe County Health Officials say inmates will only receive it if they fall into the CDC's priority groups, such as pregnant women or inmates already in poor health.
