The State Court of Appeals reverses a lower court ruling that said the sale of Buncombe County land near Pack Square park to developer Stewart Coleman was wrong. Protesters say the land was given to the county by philanthropist George Pack for preservation purposes and the ruling goes against that spirit. Dixie Deerman, a wiccan, led original protests and says the Coleman still has an opportunity to do the right thing by donating the property to the city or county.
