Forest City Rape
Two teens are behind bars tonight - accused of kidnapping and rape. Forest City Police say 18 year olds Chris Hambrick and Michael Surratt raped another teen in early March. They say it happened at a small trailer park off Groce Street. Police say they were called to the scene for a breaking and entering, and learned more after interviewing the victim. News 13 talked to a witness about what he saw moments before the alleged incident.
