Blue Devils Hold Off Heels, UNCA Blows 19 Pt Lead Loses To Gardner-Webb,Sumler Honored (2-13-13)

Duke rallies to beat North Carolina. The Heels ran  out to a 10 point lead at Cameron Indoor  in the first half., but Mason Plumlee with 18 points helps the Blue Devils pull out a 73-68 win.


The UNCA Bulldogs blow a 19 point lead at home and fall to Gardner-Webb. The Runnin' Bulldogs of  Gardner-Webb used offensive rebounding to get the 67-65 win. They had 18 offensive rebounds to only 5 for UNCA.


Western Carolina point guard Trey Sumler named Southern Conference Player of the Week.
