NCAA Tournament Bracket is Set, Miami Wins ACC Title, WCU Baseball Beats Charleston (3-17-13)

5 teams from North Carolina will play in the 2013 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.  Duke is a two seed in the Midwest.  The Blue Devils play Albany in Philadelphia. 

UNC is an eight seed in the South.  The Tar Heels face Villanova in Kansas City. 

NC State is an eight seed in the East.  The Wolpack play Temple in Dayton. 

Davidson is a 14 seed in the East. The Wildcats play Marquette in Lexington.

North Carolina A&T is a 16 seed.  The Aggies play Liberty in the First Four in Dayton.

The Miami Hurricanes beat UNC 87-77 for the ACC Tournament Title.  Shane Larkin is the ACC Tournament MVP.  Larkin scores 28 points against the Tar Heels.  P.J. Hairston leads the way for Carolina with 28 points. 

Western Carolina Baseball earned a series victory by defeating the College of Charleston 10-6 on Sunday.  The Catamounts scored 8 times in the final two innings on Sunday to get the victory.  Western improves to 12-8 overall, 4-2 in the Southern Conference.
