Pisgah girls team plays for the 2A state title Saturday in Chapel Hill against Kinston. The Sugar Bears got a big sendoff Friday morning as they try to do something that a Pisgah girls basketball team hasn't done in 24 years---win a state championship.


The North Buncombe Blackhawk Cheerleaders win a national championship in Myrtle Beach, SC.


Hendersonville beats Asheville 2-0 in girls soccer--its the first time they've ever beaten the Cougars.


Roberson unveils their reworked field--and did it in style with a 5-3 win over McDowell in a MAC game.
