Surprising losses by a trio of teams causes the biggest poll shake-up of the season.

1. Reynolds (8-1, 6-0)

After three straight shutouts, the Rockets (gasp!) gave up 14 points, but more than covered that with 56 in a rout of North Buncombe that moved them closer to a third straight conference championship.

After a 42-0 romp vs. East Henderson, the Panthers are two wins away from their fourth undefeated regular season in the past seven years under coach Josh Brooks.

4. Mitchell (8-1, 2-1)

The Mountaineers, 7-2 in the playoffs the past two seasons, look ready for another deep run at a state title after a 25-7 win at Polk County on Thursday night.
