The WNC Nature Center invites you to party with the animals during its Mountain Safari.
The Safari is being held Saturday, June 8th from 6:00 -9:00 p.m. In addition to meeting the animals, there will be performances by Ric Ledford and Reems Creek Incident, The Zoodles, Luke McPeeters, and Ben Wilson. There will also be food and drink provided by Creekside Taphouse, Chilis, Highlands Brewing Company, Earth Fare, Coca-Cola, Fig Bistro, Rita's Ice, Lucky Otter, the Mediterranean Restaurant, Mellow Mushroom and more.
This year, the safari includes activities for children, crafts, puppeteer Trish Trip, and appearances by Forty Fingers and a Missing Tooth Snotty the Snot Otter.
Tickets are $30 each adult Friends member, $35 for each non-member, $15 for each child from 3 to 15, and free for kids under 3.
