Potato Chip Cookies

1/2 Pound butter
1/2 Cup white sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 3/4 Cup flour
3/4 Cup potato chips, crushed
- Cream butter, vanilla and sugar. Add flour gradually. When smooth add potato chips.
- Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
Tip: To make a cookie with the texture of a cake, mix shortening, eggs, sugar and liquid together, then gently fold in flour and leavening agent. If you want a denser cookie, just mix the ingredients slowly.
