Black & Blue Quesadillia

1 lb smoked beef brisket
1 oz blue cheese
1 small onion, finely sliced
Okie Dokies horseradish sauce (or store bought)
4- 10 " flour tortillas
1/2 Cup mayo
1-3 teaspoons horseradish (to your taste)
1 t worcestershire sauce
1 T spicy mustard
1 tsp hot sauce
pinch salt and pepper
- Spread horseradish sauce on half of tortilla. Layer onions, beef and blue cheese. Fold over tortilla.
- Spray pan with non stick spray, place pan on medium-high heat, put quesadilla in pan. Cook until golden brown, flip and cook other side until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a minute and enjoy!
