Smoked Gouda Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
Smoked gouda pimento cheese
Marble rye bread
Butter
(Amounts according to number of sandwiches you need)

Instructions
  1. Spread one side of both pieces of marble rye bread with butter
  2. Spread with smoked gouda pimento cheese
  3. Heat pan on medium heat
  4. Put bread down in pan and let it brown on either side and let the cheese melt
  5. Flip it when it is golden brown, let it brown

Served with: Warm tomato bisque with heavy cream and homemade chips
