Fried Green Tomatoes

Instructions
  1. Cut tomatoes into half inch slices
  2. Coat them with a third of a cup of buttermilk, mixed with two eggs
  3. Roll them in cornmeal
  4. Deep-fry for two minutes or until golden brown
  5. Serve with eggs, Remoulade sauce, salsa etc..
