Rahm Schnitzel sauce:
Weiner Schnitzel is prepared on another episode so I will only describe the sauce:

1/2 cup Heavy cream
2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup beef stock
Simply combine all ingredients in a saute pan on high heat and reduce by half and finish with a tblsp of whole unsalted butter. Great on chicken too! ENJOY!
