Black Forest Reuben

Two slices of marbled rye
4 oz thinly sliced corned beef
2 oz cooked sauerkraut(some enjoy raw which is also good)
2 thick slices of GOOD swiss cheese
1 TBS Thousand island dressing (mayo,sweet relish, and ketchup)
- Simply brown the butter brushed marbled rye and place in medium high pan.
- Top in order of: cheese, dressing, piled beef and the kraut all on one side to top with other side and remove from pan more easily.
This is one of the highlights for lunch at the restaurant
